Email often looks small at the start of a project, but it is important for onboarding, billing, and public communication. This area covers transactional email and email sent from the contact form.

What this feature includes

  • welcome email
  • invoice email
  • sender identity for product email
  • contact-form email delivery
There is no standalone public “email page.” Instead, email is triggered from other flows such as auth, contact, and billing, while the final behavior depends on your email templates and provider setup.

What teams usually customize

  • sender domain,
  • tone of voice,
  • visual email branding,
  • subject lines,
  • welcome email content,
  • invoice wording,
  • which triggers should remain active.

What teams often forget

  • EMAIL_FROM still uses a placeholder,
  • the sender domain is not yet verified,
  • invoice email still reflects the old brand,
  • the contact inbox still points to an outdated address.

Verification checklist

  1. The sender domain is verified.
  2. Welcome email can be tested.
  3. Invoice email renders correctly.
  4. Contact form messages arrive in the right inbox.
  5. All emails already use the live brand identity.
